We do not hold details of Credit or Debit cards, the whole payment process is processed by PayPal who have their own privacy policy.

All of the computers used at Franses Jewellers are fully endorsed with the latest anti-virus software and password protected. We have firewalls in place to prevent unauthorised access to our systems. Any emails we receive from the contact forms on our website are stored on our email server which is located in a secure UK data centre. The email server is maintained by SCP Computers Ltd and is monitored for any unauthorised access. They have systems in-place to block detected unauthorised access attempts.

Our database is stored on a server within our office, is not publicly available and is only accessible from the computers on our internal network.

Access To Your Information and Correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please write to us at the following address. We may make a small charge for this service.
